However, we are aware of certain deficiencies in this data which are beyond our control. That's because as a 3rd party developer, we do not collect the data, the Police do who then hand it over to another data company to release to 3rd party developers such as ourselves. Manadon covers a large geographic area between Manadon roundabout and Crownhill Road and west across to Honicknowle.

The population as measured by the 2001 census was 3,776 but is likely to have increased significantly since then with the addition of the Manadon Park estate and other new housing.

The area has lower than average levels of unemployment and is a largely settled community with many older residents.

Manadon is primarily a residential area. Interspersed within this are two schools. One being Manadon Vale Primary School and the other being St Boniface’s College.

There are a number of sporting establishments within Manadon. The Astroturf which is owned by Plymouth City Council and the open football ground (which is also used for cricket).

We work closely with the Housing Officers for Manadon. All issues that arise are discussed and we carry out joint visits to addresses or hold meetings with residents.
