We think this looks wrong http://www.ukcrimestats.com/Police_Force/Metropolitan_Police – October 2013 ASB incidents were 4 times lower than each month either side of it. The official data we download from http://data.police.uk/data/ has not changed and shows 5,151 incidents in October 2013 but 22,186 in November 2013 and 22,,476 in September 2013. Missing 15,000 really is a lot if that is what has happened. The total combined ASB and crime total would normally be around 80k so percentagewise, this means a lot.

I have informed the Home Office and will keep you posted here on their reply.

Ok – the Home Office agreed with us this was wrong and we have uploaded the new data once they “refreshed” the source data. The newly corrected ASB incident figure for the Metropolitan Police Force for October 2013, as you’ll see here http://ukcrimestats.com/Police_Force/Metropolitan_Police_Service is 25,428 as opposed to 5,151 as per before. I will now close this topic.
