The Lowman Ward covers the Cowleymoor, Pinnex Moor and Moorhayes area of Tiverton. This encompasses a broad cross-section of the community and is privileged to include many positive facilities including Mid-Devon Indoor Bowls Centre, Moorhayes Community Centre, Amory Park BMX Track and Tiverton Adventure playground. The ward is a safe place to live with the likelihood of being a victim of crime falling below the national average. Furthermore, incidents of serious crime are very low indeed.

The main issues within the ward are anti-social behaviour and graffiti, both of which are being addressed by the neighbourhood team and its partners.
