New residents continue to be attracted by the beautiful countryside and its convenient access to the East Devon coastline, City of Exeter, motorway and Exeter International Airport. The area continues to thrive and grow with a mass of new developments in the area such as the Skypark, Science Park and the new town of Cranbrook.
