Since early this morning. It only became available yesterday. I did actually write to the new Home Secretary congratulating her on her appointment and made clear how important it was to many more people than myself that the crime data was released on time. Who knows, maybe it worked. Changes of government always slow things up but apart from Manchester, we are up to date now.
