Identified July 12th, 2011. Looks like the API contains duplicate neighbourhoods, both named Edgware with identical population counts but different codes (00ACGE and 00AQGA) and different locations for police stations. One appears to be under Harrow, the other Barnet.
No progress on this yet – I’m going to chase it up now with the NPIA and will keep you posted.
