The Economic Policy Centre www.economicpolicycentre.com has made every effort in order to ensure that the data for UkCrimeStats is accurate and up to date. However, we are aware of certain deficiencies in this data which are beyond our control. That's because as a 3rd party developer, we do not collect the data, the Police do who then hand it over to another data company to release to 3rd party developers such as ourselves. We only download and analyse it so that you can use it. For full detail of these deficiencies, please read here.
Estover
Estover has a population of approximately 4,500. It is a large urban area that has Housing Associations and private dwellings situated to the north of the city of Plymouth.
The population consists mainly of older people and families with teenagers. Most of the shops and facilities are situated together.
Estover is a safe place to live with incidents of crime occurring at a much lower rate than the national average. The main areas of concern for residents are issues surrounding antisocial behaviour by young people, which we are working hard to combat with our partner agencies.
Derriford East
Derriford has now been alined to the council boundaries, and the area of Derriford has been divided, East and West of Tavistock Road. Derriford East includes Derriford Hospital and Marjon University.
